Families appreciate two living rooms, a four-bed bunk room just inches off the lower family room, loads of interactive games, and enough decks, patios, and yard to give everyone space to roam.
Staff teams and small groups delight in multiple spaces while they connect, debrief, brainstorm, and plan for the future with the only distractions being an occasional eagle or an irresistible sunsets. Planners spread out their dreams on our conference-size dining table and 8 acres of woods to renew their creativity.
And everyone seems to relish their rooms, each of which features a relaxing chair/chaise and a desk that will bring out the writer in you! Every room is named, customized, and designed to spoil your body while you rest your mind.

- Weekend nights are Fridays and Saturdays
- Price does not include $350 one-time cleaning fee + 6.36% Taney County tax
- 20 overnight guest maximum
- 50% deposit to hold reservation
- Balance due 30 days before arrival
- Cancellations: With the exception of credit card fees (which the credit card companies keep), a 100% refund will be given for 60+ days before check-in, a 50% refund (and possibly more if we’re able to resell the dates) if 30-59 days before check-in, and no refund regardless of circumstances (unless we’re able to resell the dates) less than 30 days before check-in. The one exception allowed is if someone in your party has a documented case of COVID, in which case, we will apply your payment to a reschedule without penalty. For other emergencies that might place you in a situation where you need to cancel, we strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to safeguard your investment.
